NEW BUILD KITCHEN ISLANDS
Our new build islands are second to none, built locally and faced with the same product as the rest of your kitchen this is the ultimate upgrade to a kitchen that brings value and functionality. We design each island as if it were a piece of furniture with great attention to detail. We do spec three dimensional drawings so that you can see all the sizes and that exact look of your new island before we build. This allows us to customize every drawer, door and decorative post and design element to fit the function and flow of your kitchen. Many customers will find a picture on line or in a magazine of what they want, we take it from there and make the dream a reality.
FLOATING SHELVES
FLOATING SHELVES
With no visible supports, floating shelves appear to float on the wall and have a clean, modern feel. But don’t be fooled; they are very sturdy and can handle a heavy load. Floating shelves are perfect for storing your dishes and books or displaying your collectibles, photos and travel momentos. Without the brackets and clunky hardware you’d find with traditional shelves, they seem to be suspended in midair. Floating shelves are very versatile and work in both large and small spaces. They take up less visual space by not using heavy shelf brackets. They can also update an outdated space with their more contemporary and clean look. Try kitchen floating shelves for easy access to regularly used dishes or to display special china. Use them in the bathroom in the nook over the toilet, or use them to create the perfect space to display your collections in the living room or office.
BUILT-IN SHELVES
BUILT-IN SHELVES
Built-ins provide so much more than traditionally shelving units. Made to rise ceiling high, built-in shelves will complement and complete your space. They can add style, charm, and architecture to an interior, all while offering custom storage and display space. The shelves can be constructed with a variety of finishes and woods, including maple, alder, cherry, hickory, birch, pine, oak, or ash.
BUILT-IN DINING BUFFET AND HUTCH
BUILT-IN DINING BUFFET AND HUTCH
From classic sideboards in stained wood to modern buffets in a mix of finishes, built-ins offer storage, style and sophistication. Built-in dining room buffets and hutches work beautifully in many different types of homes. Whether it features a china cabinet, acts as more of a sideboard, is recessed into the wall or projects into the room, it allows a dining area to live large.
REFRIGERATOR SURROUNDS
WINE COOLER CABINET
WINE COOLER CABINET
Better Than New Kitchens can seamlessly integrate a new appliance, such as a fridge or wine cooler, into your kitchen by building a custom cabinet.
UPPER AND LOWER CABINETS
UPPER & LOWER CABINET EXTENSIONS
We are not only a refacing and refinishing company we also can build new cabinets to expand the storage space and customize the look of your existing kitchen. In combination with a reface this can be a money saving option vs, tearing your kitchen cabinets out and starting over. By Adding upper and lower cabinets and then refacing them to match you end up with a seamless look that adds the space you desire while not breaking the bank.
Our new build cabinets are built locally and have the quality of custom build cabinets regardless of which grade of materials you chose. We build each cabinet custom for your specific project, no big factory generic sized poor quality here! We don’t need big filler pieces in your cabinets between cabinets when you build it to fit.
Also in doing an additional new build to your existing cabinets you alleviate all the tear out mess and hassle of a complete new build where the old cabinets are all demoed and your kitchen/bathrooms are out of service for weeks. We are adding to the cabinets so there is little to no mess and the install time is worked in as part of the reface so you are only with out full use of your cabinets in any particular area for a few days. Our average reface install with new build add on cabinets ids 3.5 days . Done.
